Swiss eTourism Day : Best Practices and Challenges in eMarketing

Organized by the Swiss chapter of the  International Federation for Information Technology and Travel & Tourism (IFITT), the Swiss eTourism Day will be held during the 22nd annual ENTER Conference in Lugano (February 4, 2015). The conference offers a unique forum for participants from the industry, the academic world, governments, and other organisations. It is the place to actively discuss, share experiences and learn about best practices and difficulties in online marketing among Swiss tourism players/stakeholders  

Keynote speakers from Switzerland Tourism, SBB Swiss Railways, Swiss International Airlines, Swisscom, Zermatt Tourism, Union fribourgeoise du Tourisme and Ticino Tourism will present the  state-of-the-art in eMarketing in tourism.

Mr. Victor Schleger, Head Business Intelligence/BigData Services at SWISSCOM, will present the latest development of the mobile data applied to tourism and transportation.

Moreover, the opportunity to exchange views and discuss online marketing issues with your peers will be given during the afternoon workshops.
